Olive Walnut Spread

 

1/2 pkg. Boca Crumbles (protein)

1 small pkg. Ready Pac Onion, Red and Green Bell Pepper (antioxidants and vitamin C)

1/4 c. Flax Seed (freshly ground) (omega 3)

1/4 c. Nutritional Yeast Flakes

4-5  regular cans of Medium Olives

3 TBLS Vegenaise

1 1/4 c. Chopped Walnuts

1 TBLS VegiSal or Spike

1 tsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

2-3 cloves of Garlic

2 tsp. Bragg’s Aminos

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in food processor for 5-7 min. until the spread is smooth. Makes 8-9 cups.
 
Suggestions:

  1. Place spread on a bed of Romaine Lettuce, with carrot and celery sticks with crackers
  2. Make into a sandwich and eat with a bowl of soup
  3. Make into patties by adding enough bread crumbs to form and either fry or bake
